Every morning Mrs Thuong, the house keeper comes to prepare your breakfast whenever you decide it.

It is easy to contact the house keeper living in the next house.

Cleaning lady - Mrs Thu is coming 2h/day.
Mrs Thuong  comes in order to water the garden.

Linen (bed linen, towels provided )
TV with internet and Wifi internet access included
Other Services :
- A well equipped kitchen will allow you to cook meals on site. - You can order food from our menu, or from many restaurants which deliver. - Taxi : 40 minutes from Danang airport or train station. - Rent motorbikes or bicycles. - And other services on request.
Payment policies :

- Payment 1 : 30% deposit by bank transfer or PayPal,
(After the guest agreed the quotation by email answer,
We lock the calendar 10 days for organizing payment deposit),


-Payment 2 : 70% by cash on day arrival in Usd, vnd or euro, ( + charge 3% for payment by visa card).
-In case of cancelation done prior to 30 days before the guest is to check in, then we refund 100% aft the penalty fees ( maximum $100) .
- In case of cancelation after 30 days before the guest is to check in, we keep advance payment.
